Asus SSD Caching and Battlefield 4 causes system instability.

I have a sabertooth x79 and a 32gb ssd caching drive, and 16gb of ram on windows 8.1. When I launch Battlefield 4 my system jumps to 99% ram usage, from roughly 25%, and locks up, mouse freezes for every couple of seconds. Once bf4 is running I cannot switch windows and end the process as the system then hangs at a black screen and requires a reboot. When I go to the task manager or resource monitor, memory usage for all running applications does not add up to anywhere near 16gb, it adds up to roughly 6gb or so. I read that this is a common issue with NDU.sys and disabled it, but that didn't work. After several days of tracking down this issue it appears to be with Asus SSD Caching. When I disable it I never have the problem. I have also only had the issue with bf4. It worked fine for the first month I had it enabled.

I would really like to keep SSD caching. How can I fix this?

Solution
From what I know Intel did not provide the SSD caching with the X79 chipset, asus use a Marvell controller and a utility built into AI Suite II for it.

So you only can do either buy a big SSD like 120gb put the OS in or disabling the ssd caching when you play the BF4.

Thats exactly what I want to avoid. Seeing as the caching with AI suite worked perfectly fine for a month, there's got to be another solution. Re-enabling caching is time consuming process. And I have already tried reinstalling the marvel drivers.
