Salam to all guyz here in the great forum...

So as the title say ...... I just want to know what will be the best GPU for me, with the following specs.

Processor: Intel C2Q Q9400, 2.6 Ghz (OC..! naaaa, and I know its very old, but I m happy with it, gonna change in next couple of years)
Mobo: I dnt really knw, its a lenovo pre-built, but has PCIe x16 slot
HDD: 320gb WD
RAM: 4GB DDR3 @ 1067 Mhz
ROM: DVD Rom
PSU: SilverStone Strider SST-ST50F-230, 500w
Monitor: Havnt bought yet but planning to go with 19", so resolution will be 1366x768

After a lot of googling I stuck with the following cards.

HD 7750, HD 7770, HD 7790

and the old beasts
HD 6850, HD 6870

I want to play the following games at max/ultra settings at that resolution

COD complete series, till Ghosts
BF series, till BF4
NFS series, till rivals
Crysis series, till 3rd one
F.E.A.R series
Metro 2033
Alan Wake
Skyrim
and some other titles.

So what you guyz suggest ......... I hate laggggggg, some low settings would be acceptable, but no lagggggggg,

All above mentioned gupz are in my budget range, so dont suggest any other please.

And sorry to Nvidia lovers ...... ;)

No matter what you do, you won't get really high settings or totally lag free experience with new high end games with
such an old CPU

Obviously the 7790 is fastest, but the 7770 will do decently and is less likely to be significantly bottlenecked

Thanks ...., HD 7850 is a very decent card ..... but dont you think that HD 7850 will be an overkill for that resolution, and will be more bottle necked,

I see what you are saying, it might bottleneck some, but only when the card is under max stress or cpu intensive games. The reason I recommend 7850 is becuase you can play everything on ultra at your resolution and that always a nice luxury to have. Furthermore, it future proof you a little more than 7790, so we are not having this same conversation in one year. If you can afford to future proof as best you can.

If a card is bottlenecked that doesn't make it perform worse than the weaker card.

Let's say for example you buy the 7850 and it's bottlenecked?

It will still perform equal to or better than the 7790.

Hassan where are you from and what's your budget? I'll have a look around and suggest a card.
