The specs for my pc are as follows

CPU Intel Core i3-4130
GPU ASUS HD7770-2G
RAM 8 gigs DDR3 1600
Mother Board ASRock H87M Pro4 intel mother board

As it is it is a reasonably good pc but I feel that the cpu is a bit of a bottle neck. I've got about $150 dollars to spend on it. Anyway i'm thinking of getting this cpu Intel Core-i5 3350P, just wondering if this is a good investment or if I should get a different component. All answers are welcome.

the i3-4130 is a 1150 pin cpu the cpu you listed is a 1155 pin cpu and wont fit on your mb. I would wait a few months..toms just posted that intel is getting ready for haswell refresh and drop there updated price list.

if there more chips dropping then the 4570 non k may drop more in price when it replaced. if you have a micro center near you the cpu only few dollars more then your limit.

Derp, didn't see that the socket types are different. Just for clarification this is an existing pc that I'm looking to upgrade.

Ok sorry for the confusion. Didn't see that the i5 3350P wouldn't work with my board. Sorry about that.
