HD 7990 low gpu usage

I have problem with hd 7990 the usage is always from 45 to 70 and unstable with games lagging specially with crysis 3 ac4 tomb raider 2013 nfs rival BF 4
My system
core i7 3770
HD 7990
8 gb RAM
1TB HDD
PSU corsair hx 850w
I'm playing games on 1080p & ultra win 7

Well, Lucky for you I used to have that card and had the exact same problem, So I can count getting the R9 290X Windforce 3x an upgrade. That said I loved the card but in games, compatibility was always an issue, and in the games like Crysis 3, I always had problems. Is your crossfire enabled firstly? Have you any other issues with games that require high end GPU's? 45-70 isn't a lot of usage for the 7990, but I had similar issues, has this always been the case?

Crossfire is enable, in any games the fps drops when i put object setting on ultra or high like in tomb raider crysis 3 and AC4 the fps same as when i disable crossfire and my cpu is core i7 3770 i don't think bottleneck hd 7990 ? my amd driver up to date any idea ?

The gpu temp durring gaming about 65 to 70 c and cpu 60 to 65 c

your i7 3770k isn't bottlenecking your 7990, wouldn't do that. What happens if you slightly underclock the GPU(Just for a test)? An improvement by any chance to try and make it more stable.

sounds like a problem with your card itself, no other explanation. I only had problems with some games not all, and it can't be your driver as it is the latest one. Have you tried the card in another PCI-E X16 Slot?

its pc 3 x16 I think all becoz of cpu becoz im metro last ligh the average fps 60 on ultra which more gpu depending but in Ac 3 ,4 far cry 3 and tomb raider the fps drops when i put level of detail on high i dont know why my cpu is core i7 3770 3.9ghz

my motherboard bios up to date (gigabyte b75m-d3h) i tried everything fresh win 7 amd drivers it's hopeless

If you have a decent CPU cooler, i would clock your CPU to 4.5GHz, and see what that does.

My CPU core i7 3770 non k 4.9 ghz max speed I cant overclock it , maybe becoz of my ram it's 8gb 1333 in one slot not 4x4gb what you think ?

clock your ram to 1600Mhz/1866Mhz and it should already be at 1.5V. 1600Mhz/1866Mhz is much better then 1333Mhz.
