Title says it all.
Troubleshoot attempts:
Disconnected all AV and HDMI wires from TV and discharged any remains by holding power button. connected everything then returned tv to factory settings and turned off HDMI controls.

I did what the username: FrankieViturello said.
This is by far the only solution I saw which I thought would have worked/ or understood.
Please help me, I just really want to use this bravia as a monitor.
