Yes, there is a big difference. It is not just a fan, it is a complete CPU heatsink and cooling fan set-up. The Hyper 212 Evo can dissipate more than twice the heat that the reference AMD CPU cooler. What you can do is clean the heatsink. Carefully take off the fan from the heatsink and use a toothpick or something similar to get rid of any trapped dust. What you can also do is to change the thermal compound between the CPU and the heatsink, but I think you are not comfortable with that either. Anyway, what you could do is to set up the CPU setting in BIOS to run at a maximum of 3.00 GHz or 3000 MHz. That should dramatically reduce heat, but you also lose performance. Good luck.

Sorry to say it, you NEED an aftermarket cooler.

It's always a smarter buy to get an fx-8320 + CPU cooler over the 8350 as they both come with the awful CPU cooler that is basically impossible to live with.

Don't bring the chip above 65 degrees that's dangerous.

Thanks for your Suggestion
ok so if my CPU temp will go 68-70 then what will happen ..actually currently rendering is on and temp is 68.

and how about this one

It'll do an alright job.

68is dangerous, like I said don't bring it above 65C.

If you want a better cooler than that one I highly recommend this one:

Quieter than your watercooling idea but will need 16cm of case width for it to fit.

Is it not possible to just not use the PC with the stock cooler?

I wouldn't go and play with the multiplier if you don't know what you're doing.

Its called "CPU ratio" on your mobo. Try that.

Having the top two fans as incoming fans won't help either. Turn them around and make then exhaust.
