I have an AMD FX 8320 CPU and ASRock Fatality Killer mobo and Hyper 212 Cooler. I previously Oced my cpu to 4 ghz and found about a single or two fps imcrease in games but creed 4 showed 6 fps increase. I oced by keeping all the power saving features on or else cpu will always run at 3.96 ghz when loaded or otherwise also. I oced on stock voltages by just changing multiplier. I disabled oc but still my cpu goes to 50 percent load and 3.6 ghz speed when running Battlefield and on 45 precent load and 3.92 ghz speed on playing Battlefield after oc. So my question is should I continue OC or disable it and if I want to continue at 4 ghz should I keep power saving features like cool n quiet, c6, thermal throttle.etc on or off ? I also run a GTX 760 on OC mode in MSI Gaming App. Thanks in advance.

Solution
If you achieved an increase in FPS, then I would keep the OC, and you can keep those power saving features on.
