If I get a new MOBO, Will I need to reinstall windows 7?

I currently have a mATX Motherboard. And was going to upgrade to the Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 Socket AM3+ 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard. My CPU is the AMD FX 6300 @ 3.5 Ghz. I've heard that if you buy a new motherboard. You have to reinstall windows? I have the original windows 7 disk so that isn't a problem. The current motherboard I have is the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P Socket AM3+ VGA DVI 7.1 Channel HD Audio mATX Motherboard. Please tell me if I need to reinstall windows, I'm sure I know how to, I was just checking that if I have to or not. Thanks.

You will be prompted to re-activate Windows after the swap because it won't recognize the system anymore. Also, you'll need the new drivers for the chipset and so on at the ready.
Worst case scenario - reinstallation. But even so, you might get away with only a repair-install of the OS (keeping your programs, but repairing the OS files and folders, registry, etc).
I did this before with no need for complete reinstall. YMMV.
So no, you won't HAVE to reinstall, unless everything else fails.
