I have the GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3H, and the i3-3220 Ivy Bridge CPU all along with the NVidia GTX 760 (Gigabyte 3X Version) and everything says it should be PCI-E 3.0 but GPU-Z says it's 2.0. I have changed it to gen 3 in the BIOS and then it says @PCI-E 1.1?

If someone could tell me how to bump it to PCI-E 3.0 somehow that would be awesome. Thanks guys.
