Will a gtx 650 1 gb ddr5 run on a 250 watt psu?

The card mentioned in link is GT 610 which will run fine with 250W PSU. Even GTX 650/750 and Radeon 7750 can run but the probability is little less.

No GTX 650 does not have a 6-pin power connector. You have to just plug it into the PCI-e port. If your PSU is branded from a reputed brand you will be able to run it depending on what is your configuration (250W is quite less.)
If it does not work you can get a Generic Cheap PSU for less than Rs.1000 which is rated for 300-400W you can surely run this GPU on that PSU.
