at first this 1920-1080 screen (non hdmi) was full resolution
now my taskbar ( W8 ) has moved down about 5-10mm and the top part has this 1cm black bar
i noticed this after i shut down skyrim and i cant fix this please help
(skyrim with skse and nexusmodmanager)
screen: acer p225hql
GPU: MSI Radeon r9 200 series 4GB
CPU: FX 8350
