Phenom II x4 945 Overclocking temperatures problem

Hi,

I just overclocked my phenom II 945 from 3.0GHz to 3.4GHz
Everything is stable , except my temperatures ( my motherboard shows 59 Celsius max , CPU shows 73 Celsius max) Can anyone explain me whats happening?
Also i do not understand whats happening with my motherboard temperatures , in hw-monitor shows 128 Celsius

When you raise your frequency, so do the temps. Also, did you raise the voltage?

Another thing, try HWiNFO instead. I think it reads temps better than HWMonitor.

I did automatic overclock from my bios, my motherboard can do that ( M4A87TD/USB3 ). I can select to overclock as 955,965 and 3.6 GHz and motherboard overclock it. I did select 965 - 3.4GHz. Same story with HWinfo

Thanks for help guys, i found problem my self. Cooler was a bit dusty. Went to my fathers garage and blowed everything with his compressor. New temperatures after 30mins of prime 32
