Hello,

Building my first computer so please bear with me. My specs are listed at the end.

I had everything together, windows installed, up and running, but had not yet received my video card in the mail until yesterday. In the meantime I had thrown in another video card I had laying around.

I installed my new video card and now the computer won't power up. Only the green LED comes on. I removed the video card and still nothing.

When I installed the video card I had to remove a stick and unplug the motherboard to get access to a screw on the hard drive cage(video card just a bit too long). I tried re-seating both of those a 2nd time but no change. I was wearing a static wrist strap the whole time and always unplug the computer before doing anything inside.

Any suggestions of what I should try tonight when I get home?

Thanks everyone.

Update:

I disconnected everything and removed all of the RAM. Processor/cooler installed, power supply connected. Still get a green LED, still does nothing when I power on.
