Gigabyte GTX 760 4GB VS. Gigabyte AMD Radeon 7850 2GB

I was wondering by how much the Gigabyte Windforce 760 4GB would out perform the Gigabyte Windforce AMD Radeon 7850 2GB? If it's by a large degree then I'll probably replace my currently installed 7850 with it. If it's only by a small margin then the purchase won't be worth it.

  1. It seems to outdo it by a lot: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-HD-7850-vs-GeForce-GTX-760 (look at the bottom with the crysis warhead benchmark). I would however suggest you get the 2gb version instead of the 4gb one if you're not gaming on multiple monitors.
I've got the msi version and it can run BF4 single player on ultra @ 50fps and multi player on high with like 80 fps at least.
  2. The 760 outperforms the amd card by 28% in overall performance.
  3. Hey guys, thanks a lot for the info. But I accidentally typed the GTX 760 and I meant to put the GTX 770 4GB, so sorry! Do you know by how much more the GTX 770 4GB will perform compared to the 2GB 7850?

Considering the 760 outperformed it by so much, its probably around 30-35%
  5. Yeah, it sounds like it'll be a good investment then.
