Can i boost a 780 experience with a amd 6970

I am not looking at gaming improvement. Is there any way to improve on 3d modelling, photo editing or movie editing with adding a 6970 to my system. I am running a i7 4770k, 8gb ram, and a gtx780 oc. Could i possibly add a firepro driver to the 6970?

If you want 3D modeling performance, buy a Firepro or Quadro card, doesn't have to be top of the line. You won't be able to SLI or Crossfire them together, you just tell which programs to use which card. The drivers alone, which you can't run on the consumer cards, are worth it.

Mixing different models of cards will normally lead to reductions in performance. A computer will only run as fast as its slowest part. Not to mention, nvidia and amd use different types of multi card solutions. I dont think it would even work.
