What's the difference with these benchmarking options?

Task Manager
Windows Experience Index
Sisandra

They're still ways to benchmark a PC. Task manager gives you how well your CPU is processing information, Windows Experience Index gives you information about your specs. You can then escalate to resolve any problems with this information.

Yeah, no . . . rgd1101 is correct, only one of these is actually a benchmarking tool. The others can provide system information for lots of purposes, but neither are used for benchmarking.

Ok well I've been given these "System Information Programs" as benchmarking tools. But still, how can I compare them from one another?

You don't compare benchmarking tools from one another. You use them to compare different computer setup.

Task manager is used to show the current state of your machine and what it's doing. The Win Index is some useless crap that should be ignored in almost every case. Sandra is a benchmarking tool designed to test the capability of hardware and compare it against other hardware.
