Hi, I've during last couple of weeks stumbled onto significant issues with lag while browsing internet, which results in audio static, mouse lag, and overall performance drop. While browsing in Chrome, I get DPC spikes as high as 89000us (~50 being norm, from what I've gathered). This is not limited to opening new page, however (although that's when biggest spikes happen), while I am writing this post the DPC latency is in 3000us, which is abnormal. I've ran a software that checked which drivers took too long to load, nothing too weird detected:

The C-Media driver is my external audio card, which I've now uninstalled with no effect on the lag. I think it was the result of the lag, not the cause. When I re-installed my audio drivers, that solved the issue for half an hour, but then the lag came back again, gradually. I've updated LAN drivers and USB, ran windows update, ran antivirus.. So I'm kinda lost what else I could do, any suggestions please?

Additional info:
Specs: win7, 8gb ram, GTX260, i5 750 @ 2.67GHz.
Browsing habits: just general internet browsing, such as reading forums, facebook, reddit, etc. Not much streaming but the lag affects spotify audio quality and skype greatly, as well as local media.
Amount of tabs open: ~15 (mostly just text and articles, no videos)
