RIght not, I have a AMD fx-8320 with a MSI gtx 760 2GB. For some reason, whenever I play planetside 2 on ultra, I get 60 fps in long range or no combat and 30 in close combat but if I switch to high or med or even low setting, the fps is the same. I have turned of v sync and all frame rate smoothing and it still does the same thing. Is this because of bottlenecking or is it my graphics card or GPU or what? I also went onto game debate and enerted my specs and it said that I should have smooth gameplay on high settings. I also have 8 gb of 1600 mhz ram which should be enough.
