1866 showing 1600???

Hey Guys thanks again in advance. Just finished building my desktop rig for FSX.

QUESTION: My Ram is 16gb quad channel 1866mhz but in the bios it shows the speed as 1600. WHY??? The motherboard says it is compatible with 1866 on the website.

My Setup:

Asus Rampage Gene IV Motherboard
G. Skill 16gb Quad DDR3
Intel i7 4820k
Corsair H100i
Evga GTX 770 4GB
Corsair HX 1050

did you turn on xmp profile in the bios?? use cpu-z see if the mb read your ram right you may have to adjust the settings. in the bios are you running standard or performace mode. (in the performance mode the mb will change the ram to cpu timming).
