Currently looking for best power supply for these specs:

Intel i7 4770k
MSI z87-g45 motherboard
NZXT Phantom 820 case
2x MSI Gaming N770 TF 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 770
CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 16GB
CORSAIR Vengeance Airflow Memory cooling fan
Noctua NH-C14 140mm x 2 SSO CPU Cooler
SAMSUNG 840 EVO SSD
WD BLACK SERIES WD1003FZEX HDD
ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner
LG Black Blu-ray Burner SATA WH16NS40

I have currently purchased a EVGA 1000W SUPERNOVA 80+G PSU but i do not pay the electricity bill in my house and my parents might kill me. The item has not shipped yet so i still have time to cancel my order.

Newegg currently has the CORSAIR AXi series AX760i 760W on sale and after some research online i've been getting a number of mixed answers for different configurations or this being an adequate PSU.

I am also going to be playing around with overclocking so i also have to compensate for that as well.

Ideally i want a 700w - 850w PSU anyone have an answer to all of my questions?

Adding to the above, your PSU has gold efficiency, which means it is more efficient. Your PC won't constantly draw 1000W anyways, only what it needs. This is not to mention that PCs are rather low cost assuming you aren't running it 24/7 (and even then it isn't much more).
Just because you bought the 1000W PSU doesn't mean your system is going to be using that much. Your system is going to use what it needs to use either way. I wouldn't worry about it. Since you already bought it, use it.

A system with two OC'd 770s and an OC'd 4770k will probably max somewhere between 600 and 700W.

You are good. Keep it, it is excellent.

Sli GTX770 would need about a 850w psu.

But, I have no problem with overprovisioning a psu by about 20%.
It will run quieter and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
It will use only the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capacity.
