new graphics card slow to boot

I have installed a new MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Video Graphics Card OC Gaming Edition 1 GB DDR5 and it seems very slow to boot up on first start up it takes around 1 minute 10 seconds
is this normal or am I missing something. I have the latest drivers but it still makes no difference

Graphics card do not effect your boot performance this is the speed of uor hard drive so there isnt much you can do unless you get an ssd for widows or a much faster hardrive
