i7 4770k vs Xeon E5-2640 v2

in archicad inn 3DsMax and in games.... im inteested what this eight core cpu can do i have seen 4770s scores but i dont know how xeon takes in games i heard that xeon is good in archicad and 3dmax but i have not seen it.. i think you are smurt people and u can understand my question

p.s. i am building pc, for now i have 4770k, gtx780ti, and 256gb ssd. the reason for this question is my advantage for this moment i can buy xeon e5-2640 v2 for 320$ and i need your advise imagine that price for 4770k and price for xeon e5-2640 v2 is same wich would you buy ?and why ? please give me a quick answer cos my advantage is time limmited.

No the clock speed is low enough on the 2640 v2 that the difference will be insignificant if any the 4770 may actually be faster on the whole. If you need to appreciably improve render speeds you will have to invest in a newer Xeon or 2011 socket CPU(4960) (approx $800-$1000)

no matter that the 2640v2 on market costs 900-1000$? in archicad and 3dsmax will be very low difference yes?
