Hello there.

I downloaded the dmg file of mavericks from here. It should be the actual installation downloaded from the Mac App Store. Now, I've got VMWare Workstation installed and I tried to run the installation VMWare always try to boot from network (i don't remember what error I had). Anyway..then I install VirtualBox, and it says that can't find a bootable medium. So..how can I install this SO?!
Thanks for helping me.

You have to make an ISO file from the DMG file and use that as the bootable medium. You can use this free program to make an ISO file if you do not have one http://downloads.cnet.co.uk/view/mp3-and-audio-software/cdburnerxp-39122846/ works on all windows versions

Yep....
I installed lots of virtual machines at work and at home, with vmware and virtualbox, but never installed mac os, only linux or windows.
The situation right now is this:
I'm using vmware workstation 10, clean install. I'm trying to install mavericks and mountain lion. I tried to boot both iso and dmg. Both are clean installations downloaded from the mac app store.
The first problem I have to solve is that the vm try to boot from network with pxe but I don't even selected network boot :|
In the meantime I'll try to create a bootable pen drive.

So I created a bootable drive with charmeleon on Linux, and I can boot my pendrive from my actual bios, but I couldn't manage to boot from virtual machine on windows, even with Plop. So I downloaded an already config vm and that works...
