I will soon be doing my first PC build (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/35gvo) and need some recommendations for a case, any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Height isn't an issue and while I don't want to spend a lot I can if I need to.

Solution
Here is a modified version with the case suggested by both tiny voices and I.

Thanks for the input; do you mind telling me why you think the AMD FX-8320 is better than the i5-4440. I also am wondering whether or not I need a CPU cooler if I'm not going to overclock (I'm too worried).

It's better in that it's cheaper and still performs really well, not trying to be rude or anything, but a lot of people doesn't actually use the full potential of their CPU and just want the 'best' for the money. In my opinion, if builder himself can't use it to the full potential why waste money. It's like buying a sports car, but barely know how to drive. I think FX 8320 will do more than enough for many purposes.

CPU cooler is not necessary, but I like to put it in there for most builds because it only costs $30, and you get a quieter computer, potential overclocking ability, and prolong the life of a component.

here a possible suggestion just to add another option though it get's beaten by Idontunderstand due to better price.
only reason I added a non k cpu on z87 mainboard is to spare the trouble later of replacing mainboard cpu and windows when the i5 will get weak and just add a i7 and oc it. as well sli/crossfire support.
hope I didn't go overboard with the price.
