I was wondering what would be better

1 4TB HDD for everything exept windows ( games,programs,recording etc... )
Or
2TB HDD and 2 1TB HDD so games and programs and recording arnt all together

Plus Windows will be on an ssd

Also what HDD's would you recommend ?

So
2TB = Recording
1TB = Games
1TB = Programs
250GB SSD = Windows 8.1

I concur with adaz240 this setup is awesome for beginners just getting into recording. Keep in mind that HDDs (as well as SSDs) can fail. You will want to have a backup solution for your Recordings and other data.

Also Western Digital and Seagate are the main HDD I use. When it comes to SSD I use Kingston Hyper Xand Samsung EVO 840...

Yes indeed, i was going for an EVO 840 and then a a wb in diffrent capacity sizes
