No internet Connectivity. Unidentified Network. Help please ><

I'm having an issue that recently popped up without warning. My ethernet connection to the internet has just fallen through, can't use it at all. My wireless still works, but it's significantly slower than my Wired internet.

I've tried a few fixes to no avail like installing the "Reliable Multicast Protocol" But that didn't work. I also tried typing in "02EF22FD231" into the value box in "Network Address" also didn't work.

On a previous thread where i was asking for help, someone asked me to examine the TCP/IP Configuration with the command "ipconfig /all >desktop/ipconf.txt" Which i did, and i got some stuff. But i have no idea what it means or what to do with it. Here all that is.
