Thanks again for the help, eventually I got it all sorted out with 2 VGA splitter cables and 2 x 2 port VGA splitter boxes.
Now on to a new issue - related to this though - can I use a touchscreen monitor in this setup, with 3 non-touchscreen monitors all connected through the VGA splitter and VGA splitter box. Basically I don't want all monitors to be touch (as obviously they don't have the capability), but I was hoping to have one monitor in the one room with touch screen and connected to the same desktop back in reception. So that whomever is in the other room can maneuver the desktop using touch, and I can be in reception and use a mouse...
So far this works that the desktop appears on all 4 monitors, but the touch screen doesn't show the icons for the desktop (it's the extended desktop screen) and when I touch it, the cursor moves on the other non-touch monitor (the main screen with icons). I have changed the primary and secondary monitors however the only way I can have this work currently, is to change monitor settings to "show desktop only on 2"... but this doesn't then allow for the rest of the desktop to appear on the "other" monitor as an extended desktop.
Is this possible at all? I know it sounds wacky, but it is for a good purpose.... any help is appreciated!
