System CPU is a little over kill a i5-4670K if your going to over clock otherwise a i5-4570 may be good enough. I'm not to crazy a about the VGA card the GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-2GD GeForce GTX 770 2GB, is pretty popular, but not sure if you have it available at a good price where you are. I'd bump the SSD up to a 240-256GB model like a Crucial M500 240GB they are around $135 here not sure what they are there. For the Power supply there are many better models to choose from not sure what is available in your area at a good price. CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W, SeaSonic SS-750KM3 750W, Antec TruePower Classic series TP-750C 750W are some you can look at. Good luck and enjoy your new rig.

Admirable
your should change your psu as cx series has many issues i would go with xfx it is reliable and quality built and you dont need 750w a 550w will be fine for your build and save you some moneys

max load your system draws 32.1a max load and this psu has 44a on the 12v rail soits more than enough with some overclock headroom
everything else looks good and compatible and a 770 gets very good marks in todays games so you should be able to play on high/ultra settings and get good fps
heres a bench if your skeptical

Yea that system is fine however a couple of things I would change.

1.) 4670k instead of the 4770k for gaming the 4670k will have around the same footprint as the 4770k. The 4770k shines with professional applications.
2.) CPU cooler I wouldn't go with the h60i or h60 if anything I would go for the h80 if you are only wanting to utilize one fan grill.
3.) GPU is fine however I would look to see if EVGA, or ASUS Is at the same price range and you may want to change to them instead.
4.) PSU you don't need 750 watts of power for your graphics card something like a 550w PSU is fine for a single GTX770.
