Im using an MSI 970a-G43 and its at 190 DEGREES FARENHIET? (83 Degrees Celcius) Is it because of the solid caps? Its the second temperature in Open Hardware Monitor PLEASE HELP!

it more likely a combination of everything that gets warm in your case.
I prefer positive pressure, so not as much dust is dragged in from elsewhere. In which case you will need to do the math and workout what you need to improve airflow, or indeed upgrade your case if needed.
