I have a Haf XM (midtower) case, I was just wondering if a Corsair GS-600 V2 would fit my case

I measured it, but my concern is the width
of the power supply goes over the back meshing of the case. I don't know if that matters or not but any info will be nice. Thanks in advance

yes it will fit.

Would I recommend buying a corsair gs-600 v2 PSU though? Hell no.

How much are you spending on this PSU and where are you from?

One of the PSU's i posted above will work fine then.

Better quality components than the GS-600 as well(especially the capacitors)
