I just got 2 fans for my case but there's only 1 3 pin fan connector on my mobo.

I connected the 80mm directly to my PSU's 4 pin with the adapter it came with. The biggest problem with that is it's super loud compared to the 120mm and vice versa if I plug the 120 into the PSU directly

Is there a better alternative?

Each fan came with different adapters too. The 80mm came with a male 3 pin connected to a female 3 pin and a male 4 pin. The 120mm came with a male 3 pin connecting to a female 4 pin, and a male 4 pin.

Here's each of the fans as well

120mm- http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-SickleFlow-120-Radiators/dp/B0046U6DWO/ref=cm_cmu_pg__header

80mm- http://www.amazon.com/Antec-TriCool-80mm-Blue-LED/dp/B00066FH1U/ref=cm_cmu_pg_t

I'm kind of stumped on this one. Not sure what to do.

Solution
it will just cause them to spin at different speeds.. if you turn down the speed from theMB it will turn them both down still. they make different splitters.. find one that will work.. they are either 3pin or PWM.

It says RPM sensing will only work for 1 fan with that.

Plus, I have 2 different sized fans, with probably different amperage. isn't that a problem?
