Will this play DayZ SA and BF4 on high/ ultra 1080p?

Please let me know i want to build this for my birthday, also what OS windows 7 or 8

There is no 'absolute' FPS without actually testing the system.
It should run beautifully though, considering I only have a R7 250 with a really crappy computer and most games like DayZ and BF4 runs quite well on high settings. Since, you're getting the GTX 760 it should be around 100-/+ FPS (This is an estimate.)

And should i get windows 7 or 8, because i heard the only problem with windows 8 is that people are not using it correctly, and i heard there are some issues with BF4 and windows 7
