hey guys, my bday is coming up and my parents gave me a $250 budget and I want to upgrade my pc. I want to get a
gtx 660 gpu- http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00942TK8I/ref=asc_df_B00942TK...

and a corsair psu- http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Builder-Series-Watt-CX600...

I'm new at pc so I dont know if I need something else or if I can evenget these components, any help would be great.

R9 270 is faster than GTX 660 and you won't require much power so suggestion is 500W.
