I recently ran into a problem with my dell pc. I had an amber light so I replaced the psu. I bought a cx 500 and installed it. It's fine for one whole day then it freezes so I reboot it and I get to windows and pc freezes I reboot again and bam no display devices found on the pc LCD small screen. I buy a motherboard and replace it and I'm still getting that issue. I unplugged the ram and a ram error came up so I put it back in. Second I unplugged the PCI from the graphics card and it makes a beeping noise. If I remove the Hdd the the LCD screen on the pc will say one or more at a devices issue. I don't know what else to replace. I tried everything. The pc light is blue, but won't let me see the screen and before this issue happened the psu was near silent now one of the fans is making noise.

Solution
ask a friend if they have a video card you can use for testing or look online for cheap 20.00 video card you could use for testing.
first off make sure on the mb the 4 or eight pin extra power plug near the cpu or the edge of the mb plugged in if not the pci video card wont turn on. if there is a video card in the system see if the system will post from onboard video. if not try another video card. also check the cables and try another monitor to see if it the monitor or the pc.

1. Video card fan spins and plugs are in.
2. No onboard video card or xtra compatible one.
3. Tried a dvi to hdmi on another monitor same issue.
