Solution
down the spec for CPU to i5 4670K or 4440 non-OC
ram to 2x 4GB DDR3 1600
PSU to XFX 550

then with the saved budged, you can go for Asus GTX 770 2GB, GTX 780 3GB or Radeon 280X
thats the way you can get the best visual in gaming

if you're going to overclock, you may want to get a i7-4770K instead, or an i5-4670K. in most games, you're not going to see a difference between the two.

I5-4670K vs. i5-4770K:

drop the 16gb DDR3-2133 and go for a much cheaper 2x4GB DDR3-1600/1866, whichever's cheaper. more ram and higher ram speed just isn't worth the price, not in gaming, watching movies or browsing the web.

unless you're getting another GPU to SLI or crossfire later, 650W is plenty. use this list : http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx . a good tier two PSU for a single video card can save a lot of dosh from overspending on things you won't need.

What a beast. This is a LAN party mITX build, don't think it's small, it's packed with nothing else but power.

Actually I think it'll be alright since it's 200mm in the front, I would just put the rear fan to the top, directly above the CPU cooler and the cooler should be exhausting upward directly into the top fan.
