Is the gtx 750ti compatible with my 300w psu

hey guys
i have 300 w psu that shows
+12v /19A -12v/0.8A
+5v/25A +5vsb/2A
+3.3v/18A
+5v & +3.3v 175w max +5v & +12v 268w max
i have 65w cpu, one hard drive,one cd reader...
so will the gtx 750 ti work ?

750 Ti requires 400 watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 20 amps on the +12 volt rail.

nVidia did market the 750 Ti as a card that consumers with a 300 watt PSU could upgrade to, but that's a pretty conservative estimate. Almost all aftermarket cards state the 400 watt requirement. Although the card uses 60-70 watts max. Officially, you should have 400 watts and 20 amps in the +12v. Unofficially the 750 Ti can work with 300 watt PSU and might work with your configuration.
