Hello ,im trying to run games on my pc such as Resident Evil Revelations , Devil May Cry 3 and slender man , they always run on slow motion , do i need to improve my system ? or i just need diferent set up ? I have a AMD 6300 six core ,4gb on ram ,windows 8 ,Hard Drive 2 TB and Radeon HD 3000 512 MB as a video card.

Is that enough ?

The r7- 250x is just a rebranded HD 7770. So if you can find a r7 250x in that budget, that will be good. If not, go with the 7770. It will perform almost identical to the r7 250x (only2-3% slower). And yes, its worth the extra money spent.

"The radeon HD 3000" thing(Your GPU=graphics processing unit) in your system is holding you back. Basically its a stone age hardware not capable of playing today's games.
To recommend you a new graphics card, we would need some details-
1. What is the resolution of your monitor?
2. What power supply unit (PSU) and case do you have?
3. What motherboard do you have (Its probably a am3+ socket mobo).
4. What is your budget for graphics card? (Minimum $100 in recommended for a decent card.)

Hello again , i've been searching for that one on my country but it seems that the price it's beyond budget.
however i find this 2 options:

1.- SAPPHIRE 11216-02-20G R7240 4GB DDR3 1.8MHZ PCIE CAJA $ 128
2.-ASUS HD7770-DC-1GD5/-V2 1GB GDDR5 128 BIT PCIE 3 CAJA $162

Should i pick the expensive one ? i also work with maya autodesk , and i just found out that it will work rendering .
In other words i need good speed on games and work projects with autodesk , i'm not searching for the best graphic thou, what would you recommend ? one more thing what's the differences between RAM and VRAM ?
thank you very much for your time.

No, it doesn't work like that at all.

VRAM works ENTIRELY to display output.

RAM works to run your programs

If you've got integrated graphics(you don't)
The PC RAM is used as RAM to run programs and some of it as VRAM.

Which card did you buy?

VRam is the memory on your graphics card. Its GDDR5(now a days) bandwidth memory. It is used to store processed frames(framebuffer).
While your programs that are running are stored in RAM (The sticks on your mobo) so that they can be accessed quickly as ram is faster than the HDD.
You need both RAM and VRAM. One cannot do the work of the other because of the bandwidth differences and lane differences. However integrated graphics processors(like intel HD 3000) use a portion of system RAM as VRam(and therefore they are slow as Ram doesnt provide as much bandwidth as VRam).
