Hi there!

There are indeed such products available, but given how expensive the decent ones are, it may work out cheaper to invest in a new motherboard. What is your current setup?

EDIT: Also, what is the intended use of this card?

I have a HPZ400 with Xeon processor, 12mb RAM. A 320GB Western Digital HDD is on it's way and will likely buy 120GB Samsung 840 pro SSD.

I read in one post that the cheaper PCI-E boards with AMS 1061 chip will offer speed improvements over SATA II. I am not looking for 6gbs speed. My needs are not intensive, I just I want my system to be as fast as possible for the money. Here is an example of what I am looking at....$18. One thing I definitely don't want is to buy a bunch of headaches.

That controller should work as long as you won't boot from it.
