Ingame like guildwars2 my graphic card is on 35 temperature while my cpu(intel i5 750) is on 70-75.
This card requires 450W minmium and Im using 400W power supply(EZcool one)
What am I risking here? and is the tempratures are normal?

Solution
it is recommended that you replace with quality psu.
here is your wattage draw broken down
i5 750 95w/12v= 7.9a
650 tib 134w/12v= 11.2a
your chipset/memory should draw no more than 6a at max load
so your draw on a 12v rail will be 25.1a
your power supply has 2 12v rails @ 18a a piece
this is 32a being that is a cheap power supply even if it is rated to handle your load some of the secondary capacitors could have gone and i would suggest replacing anyway. i can help you to pick out the psu if you like. if you are from a country other than america pls link sites you would like to use.

also this could be causing your system to be bottleneck/high temps i just wanted to rule out theother things first...running a cheap psu in your system...

what cpu cooler are you using? the max operating temps are 72.7c for that cpu. most likely what your problem is that if you have a stock cooler your factory thermal paste is degrading, just pick up some thermal paste and lean the cooler reapply the cooler and see if the temps went down. if you havent cleaned the dust bunnies out of your system in a while this may help as well. ezcool is not a reputable brand but try this first as it is the cheapest solution and if you have never done it in the past few years it is a good thing to do

My cooler is http://www.zalman.com/eng/product/Product_Read.php?Idx=468
and I used thermal paste two months ago.
Is the power supply the problem maybe? and does the gpu uses it full potencial? cause it gets to 32-35c ingame like guildwars2

your gpu shouldnt be getting bottlenecked as by the specs you listed there is no bottle neck. try taking off the side of your case and see if the temps get are lower this will indicate a case airflow issue. make sure to recreate the same enviroment you tested to get the high temps. while your in there verify that the cpu heat sink is securely in place and did you use the "pea" method for applying the thermal paste as spreading the paste can result in high temp and did you clean the original thermal paste off before reapplying. the psu is not a reputable brand but since your only issue is heat then i just want to be sure we rule out the cheaper solutions first.do you get any system hangs blue black screens?

My sidecase is always open.I dont know about the "pea" method, but I did cleaned up the previous thermal paste before applying the new one and the heatsink is working so it got to be in place.
Can you tell me what am I risking by using 400W generic power supply when the minimum is 450W for my card?

PS
Thanks for helping,much obliged.

Thanks for the replies,I have another psu which is 600W but it is generic aswell(ezcool).Should this resolve that end?

as it is a larger psu wattage i would try using this to see if the temps were due to the stability of that current power supply. yes it is another cheap psu but it has a larger thresh hold and even if it isnt pushing its rated ammount it should still have enough wiggle room to support your system. try this and see what your temps are at in game. and if you see better performance out of your tib, im thinking you are going to see better. and no probs glad to help ya out
