When I start my pc, it makes the typical power on sound a psu makes. That 'tik' sound, and 1 to 3 seconds after, it switches off, then on and off and does it the whole time. With that tik sound,,, I thought it was the psu, but it works fine in another pc. Motherboard is Rampage 3 extreme, psu is cm gx650, cpu is i7 950 1366
