Computer completely locks up

Hello, I just upgraded my computer and reinstalled Windows. I thought FireFox was causing this, but I was just on Google Chrome and it happened. Apparently, FireFox just causes this to happen faster. I just uninstalled FireFox just to make sure it wasn't it (I accidentally opened it a bit ago, before it froze).

Here's what I upgraded to:
Motherboard - ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
Processor - AMD FX 6300 Six-core 3.5GHz
RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR3 2x4 | 8GB
OS - Windows 7 Pro x64

It can't be the RAM because I had it in another computer and it did fine. I also just bought the sticks earlier this year.

How would I do the first option? I've already ran a Malware and Virus scan. It even happened the day I installed Windows.

It's still happening. Could it be the power supply not providing enough power?

I'll try that. I forgot to mention that my 600w blew and I'm stuck with a 450w for now. That's why I asked if it could be the power supply doesn't have enough power.

GPU is a old HD 4000 series.

So could the PSU be causing the freeze? I've also noticed in the past two weeks it only freezes while loading i.e. a webpage, a match in a game. It mostly only happens when loading, not all the time though. I really am about to reinstall Windows completely because someone said it could be a corrupt driver. I'm so done with this, it's driving me up a wall. It froze 3 times in the making of this one message.

Can check the Win files and OS drivers by going to command prompt as Administrator and run the command SFC /SCANNOW that will run System File Check and it checks all the Win files for corrupt or damaged files and will replace them with good versions for you

Wouldn't that do only Windows files and wouldn't check my drivers?

How do I uninstall the mobo drivers? Just reinstall without uninstalling?

Often yes that's fine, or can go into Device manager and go to each component, select it and go to it's properties, it will show the driver and version and provide an option to uninstall, I normally just load the new ones over the old and keep notes

I couldn't find the BIOS drivers, but I reinstalled every other driver. It still persists, I even restarted twice after the installation. I don't have a USB on me currently so I can't reinstall Windows. Even in Safe Mode my computer froze.

It's came to my attention their will be a slight 'notification' before it does it. I.e. I'll be able to move my mouse but I cannot click on anything and if I hover over anything that highlights on hover, it will not highlight, like a desktop icon. So I'll be able to move my mouse and but can't do anything with it but after I see this happen it will freeze 10 seconds after it.

Does that give you anymore of a Idea what it could be? Because I'm still stumped.

So I somehow managed to get my 600w to work. It STILL freezes. I took a stick a RAM out, still freezes. I took the last stick out and put the one I took out first, back in.

I've also been getting BSOD messages too. I've gotten the error codes:
0x0101
0x01e
0x0d1

Might these be all similar and may point to my troubles?

I also reinstalled windows I forgot to mention that. So it's not a driver.

Running memtest86+ here's a screen shot (just started it). Does memtest only use one core like in the screenshot?
