Built in speakers? Is this a laptop? I don't recall that Realtek will show "headphones" as a separate device, it shows the jacks that your computer has, as well as any electronic devices you have installed. Your headphones and speakers are attached to the same device internally, so the "Speakers" device refers to your internal speakers as well as the headphone jack. Have these headphones worked on another device? Have you ever tried a different pair of headphones on this computer? These two questions will tell you whether the issue is actually the computer or the headphones. Try the 'phones on your cell phone or tablet. If you still get no sound, you've found the problem to be the headphones. If you've tried other headphones in the computer and they don't work either, then there is an issue with your computer that you may not be able to fix on your own, unless possibly something is lodged into your headphone jack that is preventing a proper connection. Try some compressed air and see if that clears it up.

If this just happened after a new program install, then you could try doing a system restore, and restore your system to a point in time prior to the new install. If your headphone jack works again, you've found the issue.
