What should I upgrade next?

Here are my Specs:

CPU - FX 6300 @ 3.5 (no OC)
GPU - Radeon HD 7770
RAM - G Skill Ripjaw 16gb
MOBO - Gigabyte 78LMT USB3
HD - WD blue 500gb
SSD - Kingston 32GB
PSU - Corsair 90+ 450W

What should I upgrade next, please say if you need more details!

What does not run as well as you would like?
If you play games, you probably want a more powerful graphics card. A GTX660 or R7 260X would be substantial upgrades.

Well, if you are into gaming then i suggest to go for 8gb of ram not 16gb as games utilizes no more than 8gb. The you can easily buy a new AMD R7 260X. its much more powerful than the Radeon hd 7770

The reason I'm upgrading is mainly render times using AAE and Adobe Media Encoder. what would you say my worst bit of hardware is?

Well, upgrade your motherboard. i think the ASRock 970 Extreme3 fits in your choice. a better cpu like the fx 8350 and you may consider the r7 260x. And no need for 16gb ram.

The dimensions of that Noctua C14 cooler:
Height (without fan) 105 mm
Width (without fan) 140 mm
Depth (without fan) 166 mm
Height (with fan) 130 mm
Width (with fan) 140 mm
Depth (with fan) 166 mm

You can overclock quite a bit with nice temps with that cooler.
This might be a good upgrade.

For other parts i would also say the GPU and Mobo.
But i'd rather just put in a new GPU then taking the thing apart completely for the new mobo.

Ok, if this is for render times and not games, then your graphics card is probably fine. I'd suggest a FX-8320. According to https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AgN1D79Joo7tdE9xMUFlMEVWeFhuckJEVF9aMmtpUFE&gid=3 your motherboard should be able to handle it.

Best upgrade must be to upgrade your cpu to a fx 8350 or fx 8320. Well its your choice and both perform about same. And no need to upgrade your graphics card, its fine.
