Graphic card suggestion For Build

Mother board - 880GMS-E41-FX-Millitary Class II chips and capacitors.
AMD-FX-8150 Eight Core
RAM = 16GB of DDR3 RAM installed. (2X 8GB sticks).
ATI Radeon HD 4250 "on board". (Also have ATI Hybrid Crossfire.)
So I need to know a better graphics card for this build for a cheap price. One that I can just add to it

FX-6300 is a good CPU, recommended often, 95W and supported by the board.
You can lower the ram to 2x4. It will be enough.
Are you planning to game, which games how often (regularly, casually?).
If you decide on Video card budget (like $100 150-200) it will be easier to advice you on the video.
