Assassins creed 2 compatibility prob.

Has anyone been able to get assassin's creed install on Windows 7 Ulitimate 64-bit? If so, how did you do it? I keep getting the "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running...." I have tried compatibility mode and running as admin but nothing seems to work. I have seen posts claiming people have it running, but no one ever explains how they did it. I am stumped, and suggestions people could offer would be greatly appreciated.

yes bro that was a simple you just need a original cd of assassins creed 2 or 3 cds and nvidia geforce graphic card and core to due pc and ram 4 gb when you have these all so then you install first cd then second and when game is installed game in your pc then copy the crack files in the cd then open the game folder and paste those crack files in game folder and then play the in windows 7 ultimate i am playing assassins creed 4 now i have completed 2 and 3 when these problems are fine to try a new windows 7 professional and reinstall game
