I owned 4 year old Cooler master Extreme power plus 500W. I cleaned my PC and acciedentally swictched from 220V to 110V. Indian power output is 220V. So when provided power i heard blast sound from PSU and PSU got short circuited (fuse down in spike).
Then i made a idoiyic step now - I switched back to 220V option in PSU and again provided power. I heard again blast sound and again short circuited.
I opened my PSU and found that both MOVs (Metal Oxide Varistor) are burnt.
So my question is Can i replace MOVs myself and use PSU? Or should i have to replace whole PSU.

Replace the unit.
The CM Extreme series aren't the best to begin with and it's old.
Newer units have auto PFC so you will never make the mistake of accidently moving the switch(they don't have one).

Ordering corsair VS 550W. I want to sell it in ebay as refurbished. So does replacing MOV makes it work like before?

You can't sell an exploded PSU on ebay.

That's what I'm saying. You can't repair it yourself. Your only option is to sell it as is, and you can't sell an exploded PSU on ebay.
Don't try to repair your PSU unless you enjoy getting zapped.
