What should I change? Should I go with nVidia? Should I go with 8 cores AMD cpu?
I will use my 750W psu from old PC, and I use 1080 resolution.

I used Phenom II x4 925 for more than 4 years and a gtx 260 and I can still run new titles but at a lower quality. I was really satisfied and now I don't know why I changed 180 degres. I just watched some forums and some users arguing about parts.

I am really looking forward to Witcher 3 and I want to immerse in it as much as I can for this price range.

simualr thread going on
lots of info on the web man, ya gotta read...

I would get the best ram for the money, corsair is pricey but all ram lately is very exspensive. It used to be $60 for 8 gigs then sunk down to $30 and now more or less $90. Crucial SSD or what ever is cheapest for the size, look for good reviews.
Cases are personal. I like my haf 912 because its big and it can hold 2x200mm fans.

When witcher 3 comes out it would take like 4 780 ti to run it at max or something.

Also personally I had some trouble with my 7870 a year ago then bought a 670. I like the drivers/software that comes with nvidia cards.
Games will play better with different cards, its about drivers. Also look for prices, bitcoin minning has made AMD card go up in price.

"we're not big fans of re-branding existing hardware with fresh nomenclature, but the GeForce GTX 770 earns our respect for delivering very high performance at a reasonable price point (in this case, $340). With the Radeon R9 280X suffering under a huge price hike, Nvidia's GeForce GTX 770 owns this space with no competition."

I wanted gtx 760 with 4 gb but heard R9 is faster and uses all 3 gbs. Games will use more than 2gb vram in the future.

You don't need 4 GB of VRAM for a single monitor @ 1080p. The only reason I could think of someone getting 4 GB GTX 760 is if he is planning to SLI in the future. Witcher II was CPU intensive and didn't scale very well on higher core count, it is a game that favors stronger single threaded performance. Whether Witcher 3 will be the same or not is something yet to be found, but seeing as with the recent release of games like Thief, that also doesn't scale well on multi-core processors, your safest bet would be to get an i5 from Intel like I have already told you in the other thread you started.
