Graphic card fan is spinning but on screen no input

The graphic card fan is spinning but on the screen it says no input.

I tried 2 different monitors and even tried 2 different graphic cards, both were spinning.

My motherboard is the Asus Maximus 3.

I've never had this problem before, recently I wanted to install new components so i had to take everything off the case but the NEW motherboard didnt fit so i wanted to put everything back together. When i've put everything together the problem started.

I've been trying to fix this for the last 7 days. Please help me out here.

Re seat your memory modules. Its the most common problem with no displays. Make sure to the 4/8pin cpu power and 24pin connector is plugged in.

Well I only have like 2 cables of SATA left to put in but I don't think that's the problem.
I'll try to reseat memory modules now and report when im done.
