Graphic card fan is spinning but on screen no input

The graphic card fan is spinning but on the screen it says no input.

I tried 2 different monitors and even tried 2 different graphic cards, both were spinning.

My motherboard is the Asus Maximus 3.

I've never had this problem before, recently I wanted to install new components so i had to take everything off the case but the NEW motherboard didnt fit so i wanted to put everything back together. When i've put everything together the problem started.

I've been trying to fix this for the last 7 days. Please help me out here.

Re seat your memory modules. Its the most common problem with no displays. Make sure to the 4/8pin cpu power and 24pin connector is plugged in.
  2. 1) Check all connections from the PSU
    2) reseat everything that you have moved
    3) Check nothing is shorting out on the case
  3. Well I only have like 2 cables of SATA left to put in but I don't think that's the problem.
I'll try to reseat memory modules now and report when im done.
  4. Reseat memory modules worked! thank you so much guys! :D
