do I need extra fans in my case

You might want to get a bigger monitor. Also, why a 780 instead of a 770?

You can easily add a second 780 to a Phantom 410. I'd just suggest looking for more fans instead of volume. Also, if you want to run 2x780 then get a 850W PSU to be safe. 750W is very much so on the low side. I'd either go 650W or 850W.

The one I linked is cheaper and faster then the one you chose. Win win. Gskill and Corsair are top level RAM makers. Both are great. The reason GSkill wins is cuz of what I mentioned.

Here is another option with bit changes in it. Mobo is changed. Pl don't spend too much on mobo. 850W PSU is included. Monitor is 1920x1080 with 1ms response time. RAM is G.Skill RipJaw X series. This is a great RAM worth of its value over price. Case can easily support second GTX 780. No issue there:

sounds good but I have a couple of questions.
is the cpu cooler as good as the 212 EVO.
why the smaller storage I want a fair bit.
is silver certified ok or do I need a gold certified psu.
I want a blu ray burner for backing up my movies

Dear, Noctua is the best cooler in aftermarket air cooler category. It has covered me perfectly. If you want Evo 212 is also good option.

Smaller storage vide SSD or vide HDD?

Silver is good enough for you. If you want I can give you gold option as well.

Blue ray really!

Here is another option for you:

This time it has 2TB HDD, 850W Gold PSU, Bluray player

I also have to think about if the monitor will fit in my computer cabinet. it's a bit small but I made it myself so I want to keep it. also if I do get the 770 should I get the 2gb or the 4gb

Rephrased:

"Having enough memory is important for performance, but more is not always better. For those playing on a single monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080, 2 GB is going to be adequate in many cases, but next-gen games like Battlefield 4 will require more to play at the highest settings. If you're playing at a higher resolution and/or with multiple monitors, you'll likely need more."
